Does arc punch work for happy planner?

Are these punches compatible with MAMBI (Happy Planner)? You can use the ARC punch with the Happy Planner but it won’t quite line up perfectly. The stems before the half mushroom are longer in the Happy Planner than the ARC. As you can see in the photo below – there is quite a difference between the Levenger and MAMBI.
