It is 100 questions, 5-10 of those will be reused on your test. I did this once in January and once about a week before the test.

What happens if you fail radiology board exam?
If you fail an ARRT exam three times within three years, you’ll have to regain eligibility to apply for certification and registration. You’ll follow one of two routes, depending on whether you’re pursuing ARRT credentials through the primary or postprimary pathway.
What is a good core exam score?
PASS if you get a score of 350 or higher when averaging all sections together (and specifically pass physics) CONDITION if you pass the overall exam but score less than 350 on physics. FAIL if your overall score is less than 350 when averaging all sections together.
How long do ABR certifying results take?
Results for the Certifying Exam are posted approximately four weeks after the exam. After the Certifying Exam has been passed, the RISE exam will be scored based on the RISE content taken in both the Core and Certifying exams. This result will not have any impact on the pass result for the Certifying Exam itself.

You may make three attempts within three years to pass a certification and registration exam. The three-year period begins with the starting date of your initial ARRT exam window. After three unsuccessful exam attempts or three years—whichever comes first—your eligibility ends.

After you establish eligibility for ARRT certification and registration (as defined above) you are allowed three exam attempts during the three years after you become eligible.
