Why did Telstra refund my NBN speed plan?
The refund was specific to the NBN speed provisions not being met, as per the Telstra self-referral to the ACCC. I do currently have an account with Telstra and I had taken the option to accept the refund and be moved to the next best plan on the speed Telstra could provide, essentially getting the same service.
