Kona Cafe is located on the second level of the lobby of Disney’s Polynesian Resort. With that being said, you can’t see the fireworks if you are sitting down at Kona Cafe. To be able to see the fireworks you will have to go down to the ground level and walk out the back of the resort past the pool area to the beach.
