The GED® test has a passing score of 145 for each test subject. To earn your high school equivalency, you’ll need to score 145 or higher on all four subjects.

Can you bring notes to a GED test?

GED services provide three erasable note boards and a marker to use while you test. If you want to use a calculator during the exam, you may bring a TI-30XS Multiview Scientific Calculator. Personal belongings such as cell phones, handbags, backpacks, wallets and keys are not allowed in the testing room.

Continue your studies. You can get into a good college or university with a GED credential. Many colleges and universities accept GED recipients. However, take note that most schools have other requirements too apart from your GED diploma.
