Manhattan Beach Pier has been my favorite place for sunset-being very accessible from LAX with restaurant areas nearby. El Segundo Beach is not a pier -sand beach. I like the fact that this place is somewhat more quiet and can see the sunset right from my car parked in a parking lot. Great place to visit if I have my car to get here.
